A small gold heart with baby feet necklace. This comes in a gift box with a card that reads "You left footprints on my Heart". The footprint charm measures 12mm x 12mm. Also included is a channel drop birthstone in your color choice and a 3/8" gold-filled initial disc.

This comes with a 16", 18", or 20" gold-filled flat cable chain. 

For the card in the box, you can substitute any card you see in my shop. Please be sure to purchase the necklace you want, and then just request your preferred card with your instructions.
