A beautiful sterling silver necklace with a wing charm, a heart & baby feet charm, and a birthstone. This comes in a gift box with a card that reads "Your wings were ready, but my heart was not". You may also substitute "Her wings..." "His wings...", or any other card you see in my shop.

The wing charm measures 15mm x 6mm.
The Baby feet charm measures 12mm x 12mm
