A small sterling silver heart/wing charm. This comes in a gift box with a card that reads "A piece of my heart has wings". The charm measures 24mm x 16mm. Also included is a channel drop birthstone and an 11mm initial disc.

The standard chain is an 18" Sterling Silver bead chain, or a Flat Cable Chain.
